Account, billing, and subscriptions

How to update your plan, change payment methods, cancel, or recover your account.

Changing your plan

On /profile under Subscription, every tier card shows your current plan plus options to upgrade or switch. Click Upgrade or Switch on the tier you want; you'll be taken to a Pay step to enter or confirm your card. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and switches to Free take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Updating your payment method

Card-on-file updates currently go through support — email billing@getvendorhub.com and we'll send you a secure update link. A self-service billing portal is on the post-launch list. For most users this won't come up: Square keeps your card on file across renewals automatically.

Cancelling your subscription

Member-side: from /profile, click Switch to Free if you'd like to keep your account but stop paying (your account enters read-only mode at the end of the current billing period — past quotes and messages remain visible). To cancel outright, email billing@getvendorhub.com. Vendor-side: switch to Free from your Subscription card; the paid tier auto-cancels at period end and you stay listed in the public directory under the Free tier.

Invoice history and receipts

Email billing@getvendorhub.com for past invoices or receipts. Square sends a receipt email automatically on every successful charge to the address on your account; check there first. A self-service download page is on the post-launch list.

Forgot password

On the login page, click 'Forgot password' and enter your email. We send a reset link via email; check your inbox (and spam folder) within a few minutes. Links expire after 1 hour. If you signed up via Google or Apple, use the social-login button — there's no password to reset.

Two-factor authentication

Admins are required to enroll TOTP-based 2FA. Member and vendor 2FA is opt-in for now and ships post-launch. Use any authenticator app (Authy, 1Password, Google Authenticator, etc.) — we don't lock you to a specific one.
