Getting started with Vendor Hub

How the platform works, what each account type can do, and where to go next.

Two sides of one platform

Vendor Hub connects working professionals with the vendors they hire — photographers, cleaners, stagers, contractors, and more. Members post quote requests; vendors bid; both sides message, schedule, and review through a single workflow. Vendor Hub charges subscriptions for the tools that make this faster than email-and-spreadsheets. We do not process payments between members and vendors — you pay vendors directly, however you usually pay them.

Choose your account type

Members are buyers — investors, property managers, designers, event planners, homeowners managing renovations. Pricing is Standard $18/mo, Pro $36/mo, Premium $79/mo, Premium Team $225/mo (up to 5 users), and Enterprise (custom). Vendors get three tiers: Free $0/mo (listed in the public directory with a cap of 5 marketplace wins per 30 days), Growth $39/mo (unlimited bids, featured placement, analytics), and Spotlight $129/mo (top-of-category placement plus SEO-indexed public profile and beta features).

Set up your profile

Members complete a short onboarding — name, ZIP, phone — and pick a plan. Vendors add their business name, categories, a short description, and a few photos. There's no bank-connection step; we don't move money between members and vendors.

Send your first quote request (members)

From your dashboard or the Quotes tab, click + New quote request. Pick a category, describe the job, attach photos if helpful, set a deadline, and choose Open (any matching vendor can bid) or Selected (invite specific vendors). Bids arrive in your Quotes tab; tap any to message, accept, or compare side-by-side.

Win your first job (vendors)

Open quote requests show up in your Inbox. Tap any to read the brief, ask clarifying questions in messages, and submit a firm bid (or a 'site visit needed' bid if you can't quote without seeing the property). When a member accepts your bid, the job moves into your active workflow. You and the member coordinate payment directly using whatever method you both prefer — invoice, Venmo, check, card through your own processor — Vendor Hub isn't part of the money flow.

Frequently asked

Who is Vendor Hub for?
Anyone managing real-estate-adjacent or service-vendor-heavy work — investors, landlords, home flippers, property managers, designers, event planners, homeowners doing a major renovation. If you hire vendors regularly enough that scattered emails and text threads are a bottleneck, the Member side is for you.
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial on the Member side — Standard is $18/mo with no commitment, cancel any time. Vendors can list for free; you only pay if you upgrade for featured placement or top-of-category visibility.
Does Vendor Hub take a cut of what I charge?
No. There are no platform fees, transaction fees, or commissions on the work you do through Vendor Hub. The subscription is the only thing we charge. What you charge a client is yours.
